*IMPORTANT PATIENT ANNOUNCEMENT* Thursday 19th, Friday 20th 2017

To facilitate an essential computer system upgrade being carried out by NHS Ayrshire & Arran's eHealth Department, our practice team will be restricted as to what they can access within your medical records on the above dates.

Any GP that you see that day can only offer a limited service to you. They will have restricted access to previous results, consultations and medications in your medical record and NO access to hospital letters or any other correspondence received.

You can continue to order your repeat medicines as normal via our prescription line, answering service or with a team member between 10am - 12pm and 2pm -4pm. During this time we will be unable to print prescription and as a result of this it may take up to 72 hours to process your request.

Patients who have no medications left whatsoever, you can request an emergency supply from your GP or pharmacist.

We ask that patients who are awaiting test results carried out in the practice, to please call the surgery on Monday 23rd October between 10am - 12pm and 2pm - 4pm.

We thank you for your co-operation and patience during this time.

Our surgery website has a user friendly layout and a wealth of information about our healthcare services.

The Practice was awarded Training Practice status in June 2013, allowing us to be involved in the teaching of medical students from Glasgow University and to take part in the professional development of qualified doctors wishing to become General Practitioners.

Our team are dedicated to your continued good health and approach your care with professionalism, discretion and friendliness. You can count on a warm welcome from everyone involved here at the Practice.
