We are delighted to advise that nursing services are now available at the community Hub on the following days;
- Monday mornings between 8:30am – 12:30pm
- Tuesday afternoons 1:30pm – 5:30pm
- Wednesday mornings 8.30am – 12.30pm
Your Practice nurse is able to offer the following services to our patients from the Hub;
- Basic Health checks including blood tests, height, weight and blood pressure measurements
- Management of Chronic Diseases, including asthma, COPD, heart disease, diabetes etc
- Cervical Screening and Sexual Health advice
- Wound Assessment and Management
In addition to Nursing services, we are pleased to advise that we also offer GP appointments every week from the Hub as well. Appointments for the Practice Nurse or GP at the Hub can be made via the main surgery.
